The Opportunity

As a Business Growth Consultant, you'll manage your own portfolio of business clients, working directly with entrepreneurs, directors and decision-makers from a wide range of industries.

Your role is to understand each client's ambitions, identify growth opportunities and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions that deliver measurable results.

This is a consultative role for professionals who enjoy building trusted relationships, solving business challenges and creating long-term value.

What You'll Do

• Develop long-term relationships with business owners across Malta.
• Understand each client's objectives, challenges and opportunities.
• Identify growth opportunities through consultative discussions and digital marketing insights.
• Recommend tailored solutions that help businesses strengthen their online presence and generate new opportunities.
• Prepare and present professional proposals with confidence.
• Manage your client portfolio with ownership, professionalism and accountability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM platform.
• Consistently achieve commercial objectives while delivering exceptional value to your clients.
• Continuously develop your knowledge of business, digital marketing, AI and emerging technologies.
