Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Value Manager to join our team. This role involves connecting with business customers to promote our comprehensive range of digital marketing solutions. The Client Value Manager will be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to meet their needs, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross selling our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business customers.

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

• Conduct regular check-ins and meetings to understand client needs and business goals.

Promotion of Digital Marketing Solutions

• Present and promote Yellow Pages Malta’s digital marketing services, including social media marketing, Google Search marketing, and website design and development.

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that align with the client’s goals.

• Tailor marketing solutions to suit each client’s unique requirements.

Sales and Revenue Growth

• Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and closing opportunities with existing clients.

• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts in collaboration with internal teams.

• Collaborate with the Fulfilment and Sales Teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Account Strategy and Planning

• Develop and execute account plans to maximize client value and engagement.

• Monitor account performance, ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes with our solutions.

• Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance our offerings and customer experience.

Reporting and Analysis

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status.

• Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally in digital marketing or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing services, including social media marketing, Google Search marketing, and website development.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a consultative approach to selling.

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering value to clients.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education and Experience
  • MQF Level 4 Of Education

  • Diploma in Marketing is considered an asset

  • 2 years+ experience in customer facing role
